These Terms and Conditions are made to determine the rights, obligations and responsibilities and procedures between the Company and the User in the use of "Draw My Today" and related additional services provided by TIPITAPI and DevStory (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.
2.1 "Draw My Today" refers to an application in which "members" use AI image generation technology to generate images or text (hereinafter referred to as "Draw My Today" or "Service" depending on the context)
2.2 "Members" means users who enter into a use contract with "Company" and use "Services" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 "Terminal" means a mobile device that can be operated by installing the "Draw My Today" app, such as a smartphone or tablet PC.
2.4 "Content" means an image or text generated by AI technology in the "Draw My Today" app.
2.5 "Account (ID)" means a combination of letters, numbers or special characters selected by the member and assigned by the company for the identification of the member and the use of the mobile service. Alternatively, you can use information such as identification ID, e-mail address, etc. provided by the platform operator as an account.
3.1 The company publishes these terms and conditions on its website for members to easily understand. The member shall be subject to the terms and conditions from the time he/she agrees to the terms and conditions, and if there is a change in the terms and conditions, the changed terms and conditions shall be subject to the changed terms and conditions from the time the change takes effect.
3.2 The Company may change these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary. If the terms and conditions change, the company sets the contents and application date of the changed terms and conditions and announces them on the notice board in the app seven days before the application date. However, if the terms and conditions are changed against the member, it will be notified 30 days in advance of the application date and notified in a reasonably possible way, such as a pop-up on the initial screen of the service, an app push notification, an e-mail.
